Bruce Jenner may be walking home a free man after allegedly causing a fatal car accident which left one dead and seven others seriously injured, January in Malibu.

Law enforcement officials claim there are three solid reasons why the reality star will not be prosecuted including:

He was not under the influence (DUI)
He was not speeding
He was not texting

There is also the possibility that the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department will not make a recommendation on prosecution.

TMZ also report that the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. investigation is pretty much complete, and after the reports are written it will be submitted to the L.A. County D.A. for review.

However, UK's DailyMail reported, February 25 that if the family of the widow who died in ths crash should press charges, Bruce could stand a chance of losing all his fortune.
