Bruce Jenner is dating one of Kris Jenner's best friends ... TMZ has confirmed.Our Jenner sources tell TMZ ... Bruce has hooked up with Ronda Kamihira ... a divorced, 51-year-old mother of 2. We're told Kris is "extremely upset" that Bruce is dating Ronda, and -- as one source puts it -- "It really stings because Ronda never told Kris she started seeing Bruce."And get this ... for years Ronda and the Jenners have been neighbors in Hidden Hills, CA, even spending holidays at each other's homes. The daughters on both sides have become friends.  Ronda's daughter, Spencer, took this pic with Kendall and posted it on her Twitter page.A Jenner source tells us the talk within family was that Ronda was weirdly becoming "Kris' single white female." The source says Ronda mimicked Kris right down to her hair.This pic was taken at Staples Center in L.A., when Bruce and Ronda went to Elton John's concert.And here's how awkward this is ... the pic (above) shows Ronda and Kris on vacation together in Dubai just a few years back.

Murray sang the virtues of the drug, and then launched into his tried-and-untrue argument that he was framed by L.A. County prosecutors in Michael Jackson's death.He's wearing a nice shirt, right?

Goes to Africa ... I Ain't Worried 'Bout No Ebola

T.I. is either the ultimate entertainer, or dangerously naive -- he's touched down in Africa for a concert he says must go on ... Ebola or no Ebola.Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... T.I. landed in Tanzania on Friday to headline the Serengeti Fiesta this weekend -- and his management team insists there is no risk of an outbreak, since the country has yet to have had a single Ebola case.It's true ... Tanzania's on the far east coast of Africa, while the hardest hit countries are in West Africa. It's kinda like canceling a trip to Maine because Ebola's in Dallas.One not-so-fun fact for T.I. -- just last month an Oxford University study said Tanzania is one of the top 15 countries in Africa at risk for animal-to-human transmission of Ebola.If T.I. does get worried ... we suggest crowd surfing the way Akon did 2 weeks ago in the Congo.

ELLEN DEGENERES---$10K DONATION TO DEVON STILL

Pretty cool moment from Ellen DeGeneres -- when she hooked up Cincinnati Bengals player Devon Still with a $10,000 DONATION to help his 4-year-old daughter in her fight against cancer. Still's story has captivated the nation -- his daughter Leah was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma stage 4 cancer in June, and doctors have told her father she has about a 50% chance of survival. Still says she's fighting like hell. The Bengals announced proceeds of his #75 jersey sales would be used to help raise awareness for pediatric cancer research ... and so far, more than $1 million has been raised. But Ellen wasn't just wearing his jersey when Still appeared on her show Friday -- she also hooked the NFL player up with a $10k donation to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia ... where his daughter Leah is being treated. There's more ... Ellen also said she'll be getting celebs to sign her jersey which she plans to auction off to raise even more money for Leah's fight. Check out the clip -- Still also says Leah has told him what career she wants to get into when she grows up ... and it's awesome.

Keep Your Hands Off Our Dancers

"Dancing With the Stars" wants the competition to know ... they're the head pimp in the dancing game ... and they're going after a rival show for stealing their look and their pro dancers.There's a live performance stage show called "Ballroom with a Twist" that tours around the U.S. -- but it features a bunch of "DWTS" dancers ... like Peta Murgatroyd, Tony Dovolani and Val Chmerkovskiy (Max's little bro).The BBC, which owns "DWTS," is suing Scott Stander -- whose company produces "Ballroom with a Twist" -- because those dancers can't work side gigs for a competing show without approval ... according to the suit.The BBC also says it's pissed 'BWAT' is using 'DWTS' styled graphics to promote the show ... and perhaps the ultimate insult -- in the dancing world, we're guessing -- 'Dancing' alum Louis Van Amstel choreographed the upstart live show.The BBC wants to shut down the copycat promos, and they want their dancers back. In other words ... beat it, we've got this corner on lock!

Lady Gaga is a first-time California homeowner ... but she's not starting small. TMZ has learned she just bought a massive $24 million Malibu compound. Real estate sources tell us ... the house sits on 6 acres. It has the usual for rich people ... lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, his and her walk-in closets, a pool, gym, wine cellar. But it also has a custom safe room and 2 lane bowling alley, bocce ball court and an 8-horse stable.The seller was Dan Romanelli, the founder of the Warner Bros. Worldwide Consumer Products Division ... which makes us here at TMZ feel grossly underpaid -- they own us.The deal was sealed by The Agency, a high-end real estate firm. The guys who made the dough -- Mauricio Umansky (hubby of Kyle Richards) and Santiago Arana ... they repped both sides.

'August: Osage County' Star -- Family Now Says She Didn't Kill Herself ... She Fell

The family of Misty Upham no longer believes she killed herself ... they say she ACCIDENTALLY fell off a cliff ... but it's unclear if this is little more than wishful thinking. The "August: Osage County" star was found dead in a Washington ravine Thursday evening ... she went off a steep cliff near her home and apparently died from the fall.Her family -- who said they had reason to fear Misty had committed suicide during the time she was missing -- now tells TMZ they believe it was a tragic accident, and that Misty wanted to live.They say the area where Misty died is very scenic and they believe she was there in a reflective mood. They also say the more they thought about it the less likely they believed it was suicide because she had been talking about her plans to move back to L.A.Misty's purse and shoes were not on her body ... they were at the top of the cliff.  It's odd the family has so radically changed its opinion.  We asked if there was life insurance on Mindy -- that could be relevant because there are typically suicide exclusions -- but they said they didn't know.
